In line with the requirements of"ready to be guaranteed at any time and ready to fight all the time"of equipment support posts,focusing on the urgent need of independent guarantee of equipment support chain,the"five knowledge"ability model of equipment support talents is proposed.The"one center,two drives,three drives,three advanced stages"curriculum and training support system is explored.The five-dimensional promotion mechanism of support ability is explored,and the assessment and evaluation method of the whole chain is improved.The integration of"theory and practice,principle and practice,skill and practice"of the equipment support ability of the teachers and students is realized,which promotes the deep hinge of equipment support personnel training and support demand,and provides a scientific demonstration for deepening the teaching system reform of equipment support majors in military academies.
