This paper proposes the reform thoughtson ideological and political construction of Operations Researchunder the"Internet+"background.The limitations of the conventional operations research teaching approach are examined,and the significance of"Internet+"curriculum ideology and politics is made clear in order to support the reform of Operations Research curricula in line with the overarching goal of cultivating virtue and developing people.We combine political and ideological construction with information technology to actualize the innovation and advancement of the Operations Research teaching mode.A hybrid education system of Operations Researchwith the characteristics of the new era is constructed from the viewpoints of ideological and political case database construction,students,teachers,assessment methods,and evaluation systems.It aims to enable students to actively and efficiently acquire knowledge while establishing patriotic thinking and a sense of national mission to serve the country with science and technology.
