With the deepening of the reform of higher education,the education of medical students is paying more and more attention to cultivating interdisciplinary talents with a sense of social responsibility,solid professional knowledge and noble professional ethics.In view of the current challenges in ideological and political education of medical students in colleges and universities,such as the lack of integration of curriculum content and ideological and political education,the uneven ability of teachers in ideological and political education,and the low participation of students in ideological and political courses,this study proposes a set of specific reform measures,and explores the practice and innovation of curriculum ideological and political education by taking off-campus science teaching in medical schools as an example.By strengthening the two-level management of the university and the school,integrating curriculum ideology and politics with curriculum objectives,enriching course content and getting familiar with teaching objectives,updating teaching concepts and teaching methods,improving the political quality of teachers,building a high-quality professional and ideological and political integration team,fully exploring the ideological and political elements of surgery,and realizing the organic integration of"books"and"people".The implementation of"practice thinking and politics","case thinking and politics","repeated thinking and politics"and other new curriculum thinking and politics models,stimulate learning interest and promote subjective initiative,let students simulate the clinical reality,in-depth participation,learning internalization,to achieve the subtle,silent,to achieve the ultimate goal of all-round education.The preliminary application results show that this education model can effectively promote students'deep participation,stimulate learning interest,promote teaching resonance,imperceptiently improve students'professional quality,enhance their social responsibility,and promote their comprehensive innovation and development.This study is expected to provide feasible strategies and practical guidance for the ideological and political curriculum construction in higher medical education.
