In order to better clarify the"who,how and for whom"applied undergraduate colleges should cultivate,this paper starts from the significance of implementing curriculum ideology and politics in professional courses of applied undergraduate colleges under the concept of OBE,and makes a detailed description of the problems and measures faced in implementing curriculum ideology and politics in professional courses under the concept of OBE.At the same time,the psychological tracking of metal materials engineering students before and after learning professional courses was carried out.The test results show that the social responsibility of the two classes has been significantly improved after the test,including political responsibility,learning responsibility,life responsibility,and school responsibility.From the analysis results,it can be seen that with the extension of students'time in school and the study of professional courses,they have more and more contact with the society.Each student has a deeper understanding of the development of society,the strength of the country and the reverence for life.At the same time,they pay more and more attention to their own study.Therefore,it has basically realized the goal of ideological and political education of professional courses.
