中文摘要：专业课程是思政教育的重要载体.分子生物学与基因工程是生物工程专业的一门重要核心专业课程,课程思政元素丰富.该文筛选出五个课程相关的典型案例,从家国情怀、科学精神、国际视野、人文素养和生态文明等思政点切入,将"知识传授、能力培养与价值引领"融为一体,引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,拓展课程育人功能,提升教学育人质量.该课程思政模式受到学生的高度评价,课程教学质量、教学效果和用人单位反馈良好.

外文摘要：Professional courses are an important carrier of ideological and political education.Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering is thecore course of bioengineering major.This course has rich ideological and political elements which can be used as cases of"values education".In this study,we selected five typical cases related to the course,found the breakthrough points including national sentiment,scientific spirit,international vision,humanistic quality and ecological civilization,and integrated"knowledge teaching,ability training and value guidance"to guide the students to establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.This study expanded the educational function of the course and improved the teaching quality.The ideological and political teaching model of this course is highly praised by students,and the teaching quality,effectiveness,and feedback from employers are good.
