高校本科生科研创新能力培养模式研究

在全球一体化的背景下,我国经济发展逐渐滞缓,高校就业形势愈加严峻.因此,全力推进创新教育改革成为高校实现人才培养的必然选择.高校需要不断提高教育质量、大力革新传统教育方式,扩大符合市场需求的人才培养规模,并基于市场需求完善创新人才培养机制,积极培育高素质创新型人才.该文通过对高校本科生科研创新能力现状的问卷调查,深入分析影响本科生科研创新能力发展的原因,探究当代高校创新教育培养体系的缺陷,并提出高校科研创新人才培养应对策略,寻求人才培养模式的突破,以助力高校为创新型国家建设培养更多高度契合时代科技产业的创新人才.
Under the background of global integration,our country's economic development gradually slows down and the employment situation in universities becomes more severe.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to promote innovative education reform.Colleges and universities need to continuously improve the quality of education,vigorously reform the traditional education methods,expand the scale of talent training that meets the market demand,and improve the innovative talent training mechanism based on the market demand,and actively cultivate high-quality innovative talents.Through a questionnaire survey on the current situation of scientific research innovation ability of undergraduate students,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons affecting the development of scientific research innovation ability of undergraduate students,explores the defects of the contemporary innovative education and training system of colleges and universities,proposes countermeasures for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities,and seeks a breakthrough in the mode of talent training.In order to help colleges and universities to train more innovative talents for the construction of an innovative country,it is highly suitable for the science and technology industry of the times.
