This paper describes the overview of teaching supervision system in foreign vocational colleges,analyzes the concept and functions of teaching supervision and the composition and operation of the supervision system,and explores the dimensions and indicators of teaching quality in vocational colleges through a large number of domestic and foreign literature.It expounds on teaching evaluation methods,dimensions,etc.,and classifies and studies the two perspectives of teaching evaluation from the subject of teaching activities teachers,from the process of teaching.It is suggested that vocational colleges should select professional personnel and establish specialized institutions to effectively run the teaching supervision in a substantive way,achieving the integration of"supervision""evaluation"and"guidance".In addition,teaching evaluation should present diversification in evaluation methods,indicators,and standards to describe and evaluate teachers'teaching process to the greatest extent possible in an objective,scientific way,in order to provide specific and constructive references for improving teaching.
