In order to improve the teaching effect of IoT Technology courses,the concept of ideological and political education is integrated into a series of existing problems of it in the School of Microelectronics at Xidian University.By means of the fine teaching design,the inspiring teaching mode is used,introducing scientific experiments,emphasizing ability cultivation,encouraging team competition,and optimizing evaluation method,which is aimed to provide some references for the university teachers to implement IoT Technology teaching.The curriculum reform is carried out from three aspects:teaching content,teaching style,and assessment methods.Students'learning experiences are collected through questionnaire survey,and their grades are compared with beforeand academic performances are analyzed.This practice proves that these methods are effective to improve the students'hands-on practical skill,comprehensive thinking ability,team collaboration ability,and innovation and entrepreneurship capability.Thus,the result of the curriculum reform is remarkable.
