新时代背景下实验教学体系与模式探索——以陕西理工大学材料成型及控制工程专业为例

材料成型及控制工程专业是材料科学、成形工艺与自动控制技术的综合与交叉,是材料、机械、控制和计算机等多学科交叉融合的专业,也是典型的工程应用型专业.陕西理工大学材料成型及控制工程专业拥有 40 余年办学历史,经过长期建设,成为国家级一流专业建设点.伴随专业的发展,实验室建设也取得一定成效.当前材料成型及控制工程专业存在实验教学理念落后、形式单一、实际工程受限、理论及方法研究不足等问题,基于新时代背景下专业人才培养的规格要求,通过构建和完善专业实验教学体系,探索新时代背景下材控专业实验教学改革的新思路、新路径,专业构建出多方位融合的实验教学体系基本框架,提出"四个层次、六个模块、两个开放"的专业实验教学体系的培养模式,借此提高学生的工程素质,提升学生综合分析问题、解决实际问题的能力.
The major of material molding and control engineering is a comprehensive science integrating machinery,materials,control,computer and other fields,and it is also a typical engineering application-oriented major.The Material Forming and Control Engineering major of Shaanxi University of Technology has a history of more than 40 years,and has become a national first-class professional construction point after long-term construction.With the development of the profession,laboratory construction has also achieved certain results.At present,the major of material forming and control engineering has some problems,such as backward teaching idea,single form,limited practical engineering and insufficient research on theory and method.Based on the requirements of professional personnel training in the new era,through the construction and improvement of professional experimental teaching system,new ideas and new paths for experimental teaching reform of material control major in the new era are explored.The major constructs the basic framework of multi-directional integration of experimental teaching system,and puts forward the training mode of"four-level,six-module,two-open"professional experimental teaching system.In order to improve the engineering quality of students,enhance students comprehensive analysis of problems,the ability to solve practical problems.
