Under the national strategic background of"double first-class",discipline construction has played a key role in solving major economic and social strategic problems and improving independent innovation ability.Meanwhile,Sino-foreign cooperative education has played a pivotal role in introducing overseas high-quality academic resources and enhancing global influence.This paper analyzes the mutual externalities between the discipline construction of local universities and the Sino-foreign cooperative education,applies examples and puts forward three integrated development mechanisms,namely,discipline orientation,advantage gathering and resource exchange,and reveals two integrated development paths,namely,the extension of discipline construction to the international first-class level and the extension of Sino-foreign cooperative education to the high-level academic level,in order to provide suggestions and references for promoting local universities to break the fixed identity and achieve leapfrog development.
