Powder metallurgy is a highly practical engineering major.The professional teaching in colleges and universities should be closely related to engineering practice.And in the context of educational informatization,new requirements have been put forward for teaching models.The innovative practice team of undergraduates which named"turning powders into metal part"has gone to Hefei Bolin Advanced Materials Co.,Ltd,taking a typical component-powder metallurgy oil-bearing shaft sleeve as the research object,the whole manufacturing process of modern powder metallurgy and the key technologies contained in it have been explored,and the information technology video has been designed and been produced.The practical innovation contributed to the education of powder metallurgy major.
