Under the background of teacher education professional accreditation,the effective improvement and enhancement of the"Cooperation and Practice"system in ethnic minority colleges and universities is crucial.Currently,this system faces issues such as inefficient collaborative education,insufficient high-quality practice bases,a disconnection between practical teaching and the curriculum system,inadequate communication among mentors,and insufficient refinement in management evaluation.In response to these issues,this paper proposes corresponding improvement and enhancement strategies,including optimizing the collaborative education mechanism,strengthening the construction of practice bases,deepening practical teaching reforms,improving the construction of the mentor team,and refining the management evaluation system.Through the implementation of these measures,the aim is to enhance the educational quality of teacher education majors in ethnic minority colleges and universities and cultivate more outstanding educational talents.
