借鉴德国"学习工厂"的经验,按照企业批量生产模式,建设面向真实产品生产的工程实践教学平台,构建"服务学习、真实体验"的工程实践学习情境,开展无限接近企业批量生产的全流程工程实践活动.串联工程问题,将工业生产过程成功转化为实践教学内容,实现企业生产与工程教育的深度融合.在教学过程中,探索以学生为中心的多元化工程训练教学模式,培养学生的工程观、质量观、系统观,为开展产教融合的创新创业教育提供新途径.
Drawing on the experience of Germany's"learning factory",according to the enterprise mass production mode,the engineering practice teaching platform facing real product production is built.We construct an engineering practice learning situation of"service learning,real experience".The whole process engineering practice activities which are infinitely close to enterprise mass production are carried out.By connecting engineering problems in series,the industrial production process is successfully transformed into practical teaching content,and the deep integration of enterprise production and engineering education is achieved.During the teaching process,we explore a student-centered diversified engineering training teaching model to cultivate students'engineering,quality,and system views,and provide a new approach for the integration of industry and education in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
