Education,science and technology,and talents are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.In view of the fact that the San Francisco Bay Area is a world-class Bay Area,and its development orientation and conditions are quite similar to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper intends to review the practical experience of in-depth collaboration among education,science and technology,and talents in the San Francisco Bay Area.On the basis of analyzing the coordination mechanism of education,science and technology and talents,this paper further review the experiences and practices of the San Francisco Bay Area in promoting mutual prosperity in education,science and technology,and talents.Finally,it sums up the experiences and reference from the San Francisco Bay Area for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,so as to help the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area become a strategic fulcrum of the new development pattern,a demonstration site for high-quality development,and a leading place for Chinese-style modernization.
