着眼专业能力提升构建"一体化、二平台、三阶段、四层次"实验教学体系

岗位能力和创新能力是专业能力的重要体现,是胜任岗位任职需要、适应部队建设发展和个人提升的重要支撑.该文以武器发射工程专业人才培养方案为依据,立足实战需求,着眼专业能力提升,构建"一体化、二平台、三阶段、四层次"实验教学体系,实践证明,该体系在提高学员岗位能力和创新能力方面取得较好的效果.
Post ability and innovation ability are important aspects of specialized ability,and the important support to the demand of post office,adapting to the development of army construction,personal improvement.In this paper,experiment teaching system of"integration,two platform,three phrases,four level"is constructed based on the weapon launching engineering talent training scheme,aiming at the actual combat demandsand focusing on the professional ability to ascend.Practice has shown that good results are achieved in improving the students'professional ability by using this system.
