In response to the problems of insufficient teacher preparation and insufficient student engagement in blended learning,the"four element and ten step teaching design model"is introduced in teaching design,which organically integrates the four element and ten step system method with online and offline learning,and constructs a set of blended teaching design model based on complete tasks.Breaking through the traditional hybrid teaching design approach that focused on a single learning objective,and integrating online and offline learning resources through a holistic approach,a teaching design theory and method that can include comprehensive learning of knowledge,abilities,and qualities,and directly face practical work scenarios is proposed.
