The teaching of Customer Relationship Management in the post-epidemic era will change from a single offline teaching mode to an integrated"online+offline"mode,based on the BOPPPS model.This paper explores the"student-centred""online+offline"teaching model of Customer Relationship Managementcourse using tools such as Rain Classroom and WeChat teaching groups,and applies it to the actual classroom.Firstly,Bridge-in,Objective and Pre-assessment are used in the online phase of lesson preparation;secondly,Participatory learning is used during the lesson;and finally,Post-assessment and Summary are used to assess the lesson.There sults showed that the teaching mode not only deepened students'understanding of Customer Relationship Managementand significantly stimulated their interest in learning,but also improved their ability to ask questions,analyze problems and solve them,and helped them develop good study habits.
