Due to the differences in knowledge structures and research directions,postgraduates in one teaching class have different demands for course contents.The postgraduates have different directions of skill demands especially for application courses.Adhering to the concept of teaching students according to their aptitude and demands,we designed and implemented an on-demand follow-up teaching scheme in the Design and Production of Illustrations for Articles About Science and Technology,an application course for the postgraduates,through information means and the efforts of the course teaching group.We clarified the demands and remade a teaching scheme before the class;and then implemented the teaching scheme carefully.The results show that the teaching reform has a good effect in practice,meets the learning demands of the postgraduates,and is approved by the postgraduates.
