无机非金属材料工学课程科产教融合教学改革探索

无机非金属材料工学作为无机非金属材料工程专业的核心课程,以培养具有创新创业能力的未来科技领军人才为目标,积极探索和落实面向产业需求的教学新思路和新方法,不断提升学生运用专业知识解决产业问题的能力.该文首先阐述课程现状及问题,通过落实面向产业需求的教学目标和教学内容设计,综合运用线上线下融合式教学和企业导师案例化工程教学等多维教学模式,多路径提升授课教师工程实践能力.其次,进一步结合大学生创新创业与实践项目,加强"科教融汇",深化"产教融合".最终构建与教学模式相对应的课程考核方法.由此全面提升课程科产教融合效果,推动无机非金属材料工程专业新质生产力发展过程中所需产业人才的培养和塑造.
As a core course in the field of inorganic non-metallic materials engineering,Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Technology aims to cultivate future technology leaders with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities.It actively explores and implements new teaching methods and approaches tailored to industrial needs to continually enhance students'ability to apply professional knowledge to solve industrial problems.This paper first elaborates on the current status and issues of the course,and then implements teaching objectives and content design oriented towards industrial needs.It integrates various teaching modes such as blended online and offline teaching and case-based engineering teaching with industry mentors,as well as enhancing the practical skills of teaching faculty with different methods.Furthermore,it integrates university student innovation,entrepreneurship and practical projects to strengthen the integration of science and education and deepen the industry-education integration.Finally,a course assessment method corresponding to the teaching model is developed.Through these efforts,the course significantly improves the integration of research,industry and education,promoting the cultivation and shaping of industrial talents needed in the development of new productive forces in the field of inorganic non-metallic materials engineering.
