Thecurriculum ideology and politicshas become an essential content of talent training in universities,and plays an important role in the"educating people"and"educating talents".Due to the integration of Chinese and Western culture,bilingual ideological and political education is an important way and powerful platform to improve students'ideological and political accomplishment and promote traditional Chinese culture.In this paper,the important role of ideological and political teaching in bilingual course is expounded,and the limitations of bilingual teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods on ideological and political content are discussed.Then this paper explores the breakthrough point of curriculum ideology and politics in bilingual courses from the aspects of Chinese and foreign comparison,positive incentive and optimizing bilingual ratio,and a series of targeted measures and methods are put forward to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in bilingual courses.
