Based on the analysis of e-commerce and law majors in the sino-foreign cooperative education program of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,this paper studies the internal relationship between the reform of international innovation and entrepreneurship education and the construction of new liberal arts,and finds that they complement each other and can jointly promote the development of international creative talents.In the three aspects of specialty optimization,curriculum quality improvement and mode innovation,the characteristic policy of combining innovation and entrepreneurship education reform with the construction of new liberal arts has been formulated,the new working mechanism of cultivating internationalized compound innovation and entrepreneurship talents has been put forward,and the higher education traction paradigm and method of guiding students'all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor have been studied,which is worth learning from similar universities.
