The Guiding Opinions on Further Supporting College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship issued by The General Office of the State Council proposed for the first time to"establish a new talent training model oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship".This is the result of deepening the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education and talent training,and has important guiding significance for the current and future reform of college talent training.Based on the historical evolution process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities,this paper profoundly expounds its practical significance,combines the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship,and starts from the systematic mode of talent training.This paper discusses the characteristics of this new talent training mode in the aspects of training concept,training goal,teaching staff,curriculum,teaching methods,evaluation and teaching management.In order to provide an effective reference for colleges and universities when trying to establish and implement this model,the author tries to depict the basic mirror image of this new talent training model.
