This study explores an implementation model of a mentorship-based curriculum in marine science that emphasizes collaboration between undergraduate and graduate student teams.The aim is to enhance students'practical skills and research abilities and facilitate communication and cooperation between mentors and students.By designing and implementing this curriculum model and conducting surveys and assessments with participating students,the study finds that the model has shown promising educational outcomes.Specifically,the model enhances students'practical skills and research competence,fosters collaboration and communication among students,and strengthens the mentor-student relationship by providing a conducive platform.The study suggests that this mentorship-based curriculum implementation model can serve as an effective teaching approach in marine science education and offers insights for teaching in other disciplines as well.
