协同理论视阈下高职教育课程思政的实践进路

推进课程思政建设是新时代高职教育全面贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措.从理论依据和实践依据两方面探讨协同理论应用于高职教育课程思政建设的适切性,通过解析高职教育课程思政建设过程中面临的体制机制不健全、教学体系不完善、教师课程思政育人能力不强等现实困境.从协同理论视角提出高职教育课程思政的实践进路,健全体制机制,深化课程思政的多元协同;重构教学体系,完善课程思政的多元评价;强化思政意识,提升专业教师的思政教学能力.
Promoting the construction of curriculum ideology and politics was an important measure for the comprehensive implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in high vocational education in the new era.This paper discusses the appropriateness of applying synergistic theory to the ideological and political construction of higher vocational education curriculum from two aspects of theoretical basis and practical basis,and analyzes the practical difficulties faced in the process of the ideological and political construction of higher vocational education curriculum,such as the imperfect system and mechanism,the imperfect teaching system,and the weak ability of teachers to educate people.The practical approach of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational education was proposed from the perspective of synergy theory,the system mechanism was established,and multivariate collaboration of curriculum ideology and politics was deepened,the teaching system was restructured,the multiple evaluation of curriculum ideology and politics was perfected,ideological and political consciousness was strengthened,ideological and political teaching ability of professional teachers was promoted.
