The high-quality development of air transportation graduate training is an important foundation for accelerating the formation of new quality productivity such as low-altitude economy.In the face of the new round of industrial revolution and technological revolution to the penetration of the air transportation industry,air transportation graduate training is faced with the dilemma such as the imperfect professional doctoral degree structure,insufficient interdisciplinary cross-fusion training,no in-depth integration of industry and education,science and education fusion.These can not respond to the reality of the needs of the national strategic development.Therefore,universities need to build interdisciplinary personnel training system,break the barriers of disciplines and specialties,upgrade multidisciplinary cross-cultivation,optimize the teaching system,closely aligned with the industry's technological frontiers,construct teaching case bank.And the university should establish a comprehensive school-enterprise practice,teaching and research platforms,rely on the industry to support the optimization of the multi-body synergistic mechanism,enhance the ability to cultivate high-level talents in air transport,and accelerate the promotion of the new quality of productive capacity to provide strongthe new quality productivity will provide a strong impetus.
