基于SERVQUAL理论,从研究生的视角对研究生教育质量提升路径进行分析.在既有研究的基础上,分析SERVQUAL理论对研究生教育质量提升的适用性.基于SERVQUAL量表和国内研究生教育现状构建评价指标体系,设计五维度调查问卷,并对问卷结果进行可靠性分析.采用三角模糊数,将研究生的主观感知以分次均值积分的形式数值化,得到感受值与期望值的差值.通过分析不同维度的数据结果及影响研究生教育质量提升的因素,并针对相应影响因素对研究生教育质量的提升路径给出相关建议.
Based on SERVQUAL theory,this paper analyzes the path to improve the quality of graduate education from the perspective of students.Based on summarizing the previous studies,SERVQUAL theory is also applied to improve the quality of postgraduate education.Based on SERVQUAL scale and the status quo of foreign graduate education,a five-dimension questionnaire was designed and the reliability of the questionnaire results was analyzed.Based on the triangular fuzzy number,the students'subjective perception is numeralized in the form of fractional mean integral,the difference between the perceived value and the expected value is obtained,the data results of different dimensions are analyzed,the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of graduate education are analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions are given for the path of improving the quality of graduate education.
