This paper combines professional talent training programs and integrates the OBE concept to conduct an in-depth exploration of the goal achievement evaluation of the national first-class course International Finance.The corresponding relationship between the course teaching objectives and the graduation requirements of students is clarified.Based on the course learning objectives,relevant teaching content and assessment methods are developed.A distinctive goal achievement evaluation method and system have been designed,and strategies and methods for further improving the course have been proposed to achieve the goal of improving and enhancing the quality of course teaching and promoting the improvement of professional talent cultivation.
