Civil Engineering Drawing is an important backbone course for civil engineering majors in universities, which plays a fundamental role in cultivating students'ability to understand and apply relevant national standards and specifications, read and draw civil engineering drawings. This paper directly faces the problems and shortcomings of traditional teaching models under the wave of informatization.Based on years of teaching practice of the teaching team, starting from three aspects of teaching goal setting, teaching content reconstruction, and teaching resource construction, focusing on online self-directed learning, offline classroom intensive teaching, and after-school expansion,an OTASE blended online and offline teaching model is constructed, and corresponding specific implementation strategies are proposed.Practice has shown that the OTASE blended online and offline teaching model constructed in the article can stimulate students'internal drive for self-directed learning, improve their sense of achievement, and provide reference and practical application for the construction of civil engineering related courses and teaching reform.
