以学科竞赛为载体的电子信息类专业实践创新型人才培养体系构建与实施

培养大学生的实践创新能力,是新工科建设背景下教学改革的重中之重,对我国实现经济提质增效升级,实现创新驱动发展的战略具有决定性作用.该文以浙江师范大学电子信息类专业为例,以本专业对口的学科竞赛为载体,结合工程教育的OBE理念,构建实践创新型人才培养方案和课程体系,梳理核心知识和教学目标形成教学大纲,把核心课程建设成为网络在线课程,建设资源库,完善指导老师,从而形成系统的实践创新型人才培养体系,提升本专业学生的实践创新能力,也为其他高校提供可借鉴学习的实践案例.
Cultivating the practical and innovative abilities of college students is of utmost importance in teaching reform under the background of the construction of new engineering disciplines.It plays a decisive role in China's strategy of improving economic quality and efficiency,and achieving innovation driven development.This paper takes the electronic information major of Zhejiang Normal University as an example,using subject competitions corresponding to this major as a carrier,combined with the OBE concept of engineering education.The study constructs a practical and innovative talent cultivation plan and curriculum system,sorts out core knowledge and teaching objectives to form a teaching outline,builds core courses into online courses,builds resource libraries,im-prove guidance teachers,and thus forms a systematic practical and innovative talent cultivation system.The aim is to enhance the practical and innovative ability of students in this major,and provide practical cases for other universities.
