In order to train innovative talents of mechanical manufacturing engineering to adapt to the new situation and accelerate the transformation of China from a large country of mechanical manufacturing to a powerful country of manufacturing,this paper puts forward the new concept of"three integration and four penetration"of education.And the study constructs a three-way integrated training platform of"production,teaching and research"of machinery manufacturing,and creates a new model of"building a foundation by reason,strengthening skills by practice,promoting innovation by competition,and casting souls by politics"for four years of continuous training of undergraduate mechanical manufacturing comprehensive ability.As a result,a high-level mechanical manufacturing engineering comprehensive education platform is built,and the innovation ability and comprehensive quality of college students in mechanical manufacturing engineering are significantly improved.This research has an important guiding for training innovative talents in mechanical manufacturing engineering.
