The development of new engineering disciplines poses challenges to the ideological and political education in universities. This paper takes Environmental Analysis and Monitoring course group as an example, and designs the goals of ideological and political education from top to bottom within the perspective of the course group. It establishes a hierarchical and mutually supportive"ideological relay"framework, and through processes such as thematic design, content connection, and element support penetration in ideological education,it generates synergistic effects among the ideological goals of each course. This creates a relatively complete chain of knowledge and value shaping without missing any aspects or excessive repetition.Consequently,it constructs a"course group linkage"teaching model that implements the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and engineering talents.
