人工智能时代高校教师角色困境与重塑

高校教师的角色定位历来是时代变迁的镜像,反映了社会需求、技术进步和教育理念的演变.当前,人工智能技术正以前所未有的力度重塑着教育生态,同时也对高校教师的角色定位提出严峻挑战,在此背景下,该文探讨人工智能时代高校教师角色的定位与重构问题.该文通过分析人工智能对高校教育领域的渗透和应用,发现教师面临的多维角色困境,并从角色多元性转变、深化师生互动与情感联结、培养适应AI时代的综合素质等方面提出角色重塑的路径和举措.
The role orientation of college teachers has always been a mirror image of the changing times,reflecting social needs,technological progress and the evolution of educational ideas.At present,artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the education ecology with unprecedented strength,and it also poses a severe challenge to the role positioning of college teachers.Under this background,this paper discusses the positioning and reconstruction of college teachers'role in the era of artificial intelligence.By analyzing the penetration and application of artificial intelligence in the field of college education,this paper finds out the multi-dimensional role dilemma faced by teachers,and puts forward the path and measures of role reshaping from the aspects of role diversity transformation,deepening the interaction and emotional connection between teachers and students,and cultivating the comprehensive quality to adapt to the AI era.
