In the face of the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of industrial structure,new industries,new technologies and new business forms are constantly emerging,which makes enterprises have a large demand for applied talents.In order to meet the needs of modern social development,local colleges and universities must reform and innovate the original single talent training mode.Taking Shenyang College of Urban Construction as a case,this paper discusses the background of local colleges and universities in training applied talents,puts forward a diversified mode of training applied talents,takes"Five realities"education as the main line,and expounds the core contents of the mode in detail.Starting from adjusting the talent training program,the school has carried out a series of reforms in teaching design,curriculum setting,practice links,professional practice,graduation design and other aspects.Taking"Five realities"education as the main line,the practice process of diversified applied talents training mode provides a reference for local undergraduate colleges and universities'applied talents training.
