大数据背景下金融专业课程体系重构及与课程思政融合研究

大数据时代,传统金融专业在人才培养过程中面临着一些挑战,如课程设置难以适应大数据发展趋势,金融人才难以胜任复合型工作,缺乏充分地开展"数字+金融"跨学科教学的保障条件等.应积极将大数据等元素融入到课程设置中去,新增大数据、人工智能等课程,建立稳定的对口的实践基地,建立专业课程教学与课程思政教学常态化融合机制以及相应的保障机制.同时,在课程思政建设大背景下,还应将习近平关于金融工作的重要论述、金融改革与发展成绩、优秀的传统文化和当前社会正能量事件以及行业规范、职业道德和打拼精神融入到专业课教育中,推动专业课程教学与课程思政教学融合发展.
In the era of big data,traditional financial majors face some challenges in talent cultivation,such as the curriculum is difficult to adapt to the trend of big data development,and financial talents are unable to handle complex jobs,and lack of sufficient guarantee conditions for interdisciplinary teaching of"digital+finance".We should actively integrate big data and other elements into the curriculum design,add big data and artificial intelligence and other related courses,establish a stable and counterpart practice base,establish a normalized integration mechanism of professional course teaching and curriculum ideological and political teaching as well as a corresponding guarantee mechanism.At the same time,under the background of curriculum ideological and political construction,it is also necessary to integrate Xi Jinping's important discourse on financial work,the achievements of financial reform and development,excellent traditional Chinese culture,the focus events full of positive energy in the current society,as well as industry norms,professional ethics,and fighting spirit into the new professional course education,promoting the integration development of professional curriculum teaching and curriculum ideological and political teaching.
