In the context of new quality productivity,professional education in artificial intelligence(AI)needs to adapt to the requirements of high-tech and high-quality development.The emphasis on innovation in technology,management,and systems is central to new quality productivity,promoting efficiency,precision,and interdisciplinary integration.This paper proposes a professional talent training system with personalized learning and innovative ability training as its core.By utilizing big data analysis and intelligent education technology,dynamic personalized learning paths are constructed to achieve individualized teaching and efficient training.Through innovation labs and entrepreneurship incubation platforms,this system provides a complete innovation chain from theoretical research to practical application while encouraging interdisciplinary cooperation and enhancing students'innovative practical abilities.Simultaneously leveraging the characteristics of high-quality and efficient new quality productivity,various evaluation methods including project results presentation and peer review ensure continuous reflection for improvement throughout the learning process.The objective of this system is to cultivate high-quality AI talents with independent learning abilities,innovative thinking skills,practical capabilities;thereby promoting scientific technological innovation as well as industrial upgrading towards achieving high-quality development.
