It is emphasized in the Professional Programmatic Accreditation of Teacher Education(PPATE)that the evaluation for the quality of talent cultivation should be comprehensive,student-centered,and learning outcome-guided.The core competency requirements of teacher education graduates were used as reference.Bioinformatics is interdisciplinary and possesses strong practical operability.A comprehensive assessment method exploration is the focus and difficulty for course construction and talent cultivation evaluation.Present study provides a scientific and reasonable assessment method for"Bioinformatics"of Hebei Normal University.Knowledge acquisition,skill mastery,and comprehensive quality of students can be comprehensively evaluated using this method.We provide a reference for relevant courses assessment methods development in other universities.
