Centering on the orientation of Minzu universities,focusing on building the sense of Chinese national community,facing the advent of the artificial intelligence era under the guidance of basic disciplines,the original training system is difficult to meet the strategic needs of the development of border areas or ethnic areas.The traditional curriculum system is difficult to meet the bottleneck of high-level talent training in the era of data development.This paper builds a quality improvement system of"talent training,scientific research,social service,discipline team,and innovation platform"and a characteristic cultivation system of"knowledge system,innovation ability,national unity,foreign exchange,and management service".Based on these two"five-in-one"systems,the paper takes"ideological and political education system driven by national unity"as the traction,"innovation training system driven by coupling cycle"as the support,and"high-level talent training path constructed by grid"as the starting point to create a practical system for cultivating high-level basic discipline talents rooted in border areas and ethnic minority areas.
