命运共同体视域下产教融合实践教学体系构建研究

产教共同体的提出是为促进产教双方的共荣共进,产教融合是职业教育高质量发展的必经之路.在旅游产业和旅游职业教育同频高质量发展的背景下,构建"实践-实训-实习-创新创业"的"三实一创"实践教学体系是为纵向逐步提升学生的实践能力,横向上适配出学生胜任的工作岗位,做到实践教学成长跟踪化、岗位分配管理匹配化.产教融合实践教学体系包括顶层设计、人才培养模式创新、实践教学体系构建、地方文旅定制化课程资源建设和双元师资队伍搭建,最终实现学生技能的提升、企业用人需求的满足和地方文旅产业的高质量发展.
The proposal of industry-education community is to promote the co-prosperity and co-progress of both industry and education,and the integration of industry and education is the necessary way for the high-quality development of vocational education.Under the background of the high quality development of tourism industry and tourism vocational education in the same frequency,the construction of"three practices and one creation"practice teaching system is to gradually improve students'practical ability.The purpose of constructing the"three practices and one creation"practical teaching system of"practice-practical training-internship-innovation and entrepreneurship"is to gradually improve the practical ability of students vertically,and to adapt students'competent jobs horizontally,so as to achieve the tracking of the growth of practical teaching and the matching of job allocation and management.The industry-teaching integration practice teaching system includes top-level design,talent cultivation mode innovation,practice teaching system construction,local cultural tourism customised curriculum resources construction and dual faculty construction,which ultimately realises the improvement of students'skills,the satisfaction of enterprises'employment demand and the high-quality development of local cultural tourism industry.
