There is a problem named"no participating while attendance"problem in college classes.It will bring a series of negative consequences:interfering with the classroom order affects teachers'enthusiasm;causing"broken window"effect and bad style of study;affecting the examination fairness and the effectiveness of results;and attracting bad impression and evaluation of college courses being easy.The reasons for the problem is complicated,mainly including that the large number of students in the class and the large classroom space provide shelter space for some students,that some students have unclear learning goals and simply come to class to gain credits,that the enhancement of mobile network technology and content on college students'network stickiness,that some teachers do not want to manage the psychological and ability constraints,and that the comprehensive diagnosis,assistance and correction system has not been effectively established.In order to effectively manage problems,multiple measures should be done:the teachers should effectively conduct classroom management and course management;the students should be educated on learning objectives,curriculum significance and assessment requirements and will not be willing and able to study just for gaining credits;the management and utilization of student network terminals should be strengthened;the teachers should be trained in the psychological condition and competency to want to,dare and can manage to deal with the students'problems;the diagnosis,assistance and correction system for such problems in colleges and universities should be improved.
