The modern apprenticeship system in medical and health vocational education refers to the cooperation between medical and health higher vocational colleges and healthcare institutions or pharmaceutical enterprises,by the collaborative teaching and guidance from school teachers and corporate mentors,promoting the integration of medical theoretical knowledge and practical skills.It is a modern vocational education talent cultivation model with professional skills training as the core.On the basis of clarifying the inherent logical relationship between medical and health vocational education and modern apprenticeship talent cultivation,this article analyzes the current situation and difficulties of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation in medical and health vocational education,and proposes corresponding strategies from the perspectives of institutional construction and the reform and construction of the reform in teachers,textbooks and teaching methods.We hope the study of this article could provide support and reference for the practical promotion of modern apprenticeship system in medical and health vocational education.
