风电实训平台建设与"数智化"人才培养探索

为满足风电"数智化"变革带来的全新人才需求,针对现阶段高校人才培养体系在实训教学方面存在的不足,基于"双轮-双翼"协同方法,解决实训平台建设"三高、三难"的痛点问题,实现了虚实结合、面向前沿"数智化"风电运维技术的实训平台建设,并依托平台提出课程体系、教学方法、教学资源、师资力量、培养路径、评价体系以及长效培养机制等方面的改进意见,最终形成"一体双师四融合"的风电"数智化"人才培养新模式,为帮助风电行业摆脱人才困境提供一种有效方法.
In order to meet the new talent needs brought about by the"digitalization"transformation of wind power,and to address the shortcomings of the current talent training system in universities in practical teaching,based on the"dual wheel and dual wing"collaborative method,the pain points of"three highs and three difficulties"in the construction of practical training platforms have been solved.A wind power practical training platform has been constructed that combines virtual and real,and is oriented towards cutting-edge"digitalization"technology.Based on the platform,a course system and teaching methods have been proposed.The improvement suggestions in teaching resources,teaching staff,training paths,evaluation systems,and long-term training mechanisms have ultimately formed a talent training model of wind power"digital intelligence"with"one body,two teachers,and four integration",providing an effective method to help the wind power industry overcome the"digital intelligence"talent dilemma.
