Fragrance and Fragrance Quality Control course is a required professional course for the Fragrance and Fragrance Technology and Engineering major and plays an important role in talent training.This paper proposes an innovative teaching method based on knowledge graphs and AI to address the existing problems of scattered knowledge points,insufficient personalized learning,and limited safety evaluation experiments in current teaching.By building knowledge graphs,implementing AI assistants,and creating virtual laboratories,the quality of teaching and student learning experience are improved,and teaching implementation plans that can be used as reference for relevant courses are provided.AI technology has shown significant advantages in the teaching of flavor and fragrance technology and engineering courses,helping to cultivate high-quality talents and promote professional innovation.Despite facing storage resource support,technological updates and data security challenges,AI technology has great potential in the teaching field and helps promote innovation and development in the education industry.
