Innovation is the requirement of the development of the times,and the tourism management major in universities is an important source of tourism innovation talents for the society and the region.From the perspective of the current situation of undergraduate tourism management talents training in China,the tourism talents provided by universities still cannot meet the need of social and regional development.The development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has put forward higher requirements for the development of the tourism industry.This paper takes the undergraduates of tourism management in Zhaoqing University as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the innovation ability cultivation of undergraduates in this major,and concludes that the innovation ability cultivation of tourism management undergraduates in the university and the same type of universities can be used for reference.
