强化心理健康教育的导师与研究生协同发展关系研究

The mental health education of postgraduates is closely related to the"supervisor-postgraduate"relationship.By analyzing the positive role of the mental health education for postgraduates in the construction of"supervisor-postgraduate"relationship,this paper explores their intrinsic relationship,and investigates an effective method to promote the collaborative development of supervisor and postgraduate by strengthening the mental health education.Specifically,this paper puts forward a new model of"supervisor-postgraduate"relationship,which integrates mental health education of postgraduates.By establishing a pluralistic support system and constructing a multi-participation linkage mechanism of mental treatment,the proposed model strengthens the mental health education forpostgraduates and optimize the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates.This model can not only improve the mental health of postgraduates,but also promote the collaborative development between supervisors and postgraduates,which is of great significance in cultivating high-quality postgraduates.
