This paper takes the establishment of Tongji University's"large aircraft class"as an opportunity to anchor the cultivation of outstanding aviation engineers.Based on the research of the characteristics of undergraduate talent cultivation in aviation and aerospace at home and abroad,it explores the professional talent cultivation model of integrating general education and Stepwise learning,and constructs Tongji University's interdisciplinary"large aircraft class"training plan and curriculum system.The interdisciplinary integration and Stepwise learning training model proposed in the paper has helped Tongji University's two majors,Aircraft and Mechanics,to be recognized as national first-class majors,playing an important role in the process of cultivating high-level engineering talents.
