The main task currently faced by newly converted undergraduate universities is to comprehensively improve the quality of independent talent cultivation in accordance with the new era,new environment,and new requirements.Starting from establishing the target elements of talent cultivation,this paper puts forward quality objectives,platform objectives,institutional objectives,and cultural objectives.Guided by goals,the action path to improve the quality of talent cultivation has been clarified,covering three aspects:the process of talent cultivation,classroom teaching reform,and campus education culture.Finally,measures to optimize the quality of talent cultivation are proposed from four aspects:philosophy,resources,faculty,and evaluation.
