陶行知是中国现代伟大的人民教育家,其师范教育思想内涵丰富且蕴含着重要的育人价值.在高等师范学校教育类课程思政建设中,融入陶行知的师范教育思想,有助于引领师范生树立远大的职业理想,有益于培养他们的传道情怀,也有利于提升其解惑能力.在教育类课程教学中可积极发挥陶行知教育思想的价值引领作用,增强师范生投身教育事业的使命感;挖掘思想政治教育元素,涵养师范生教育情怀;丰富课程教学方法,在多元实践中增进教育理解;转变课程评价方式,构建多元评价体系.
Tao Xingzhi was a great modern Chinese educator,whose pedagogical thought for teacher education is rich in content and embodies important educational values.In the ideological and political construction of education courses in higher normal schools,the integration of Tao Xingzhi's thought of normal education is helpful to guide normal students to establish lofty career ideals,cultivate their feelings of propagating the doctrine,and improve their ability to solve doubts.In the teaching of education courses,the value leading role of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought can be brought into play,and the sense of mission of normal university students can be enhanced.The study explores the ideological and political education elements,cultivates the education feelings of normal university students and enriches the teaching methods of the curriculum and enhance the understanding of education in multiple practices.We change the curriculum evaluation method and build a multi-evaluation system.
