This article aims to explore the optimization path of talent cultivation mode for logistics management majors in universities from the perspective of enhancing employment and entrepreneurship capabilities.Through the analysis of five aspects:practice oriented teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship education,interdisciplinary integration,lifelong learning system,and technology driven learning environment,specific and feasible reform suggestions have been proposed.Research has found that strengthening school enterprise cooperation,introducing real case teaching,conducting entrepreneurship courses and competitions,integrating multidisciplinary knowledge,and utilizing digital tools can effectively enhance students'comprehensive quality and social adaptability.
