Guided by the educational concept of"The Great Engineering View",engineering education has begun to place greater emphasis on practical engineering and systematic thinking.This poses higher demands on the aesthetic education within engineering disciplines.Organizational engineering,focusing on the interaction of living systems,serves as an excellent platform for cultivating"new engineering"talents who are not only technically proficient but also aesthetically refined,and holistically developed in mind and body.This paper,based on the analysis of the educational aesthetics inherent in tissue engineering,its educational aesthetic objectives,and the modes and practical paths of educational aesthetics,explores the application and integration of aesthetic education in the field of organizational engineering.Understanding and practicing aesthetic education in the context of organizational engineering is essential for nurturing engineering professionals with aesthetic competence and comprehensive literacy.
