教育、科技、人才融合发展背景下未来科技领域拔尖创新人才培养路径探索

培养拔尖创新人才是实现科教兴国、人才强国、创新驱动发展战略的重要途径,是推进中国特色高等教育强国建设的必然选择.该文在分析首批 12 所高校未来技术学院拔尖创新人才培养特色举措基础上,聚焦我国行业特色高校——西北工业大学在思政育人、学科交叉、科教融合、产教融合、贯通培养和全球胜任力方面的探索与实践,为我国未来科技领域拔尖创新人才培养路径提供借鉴.
Cultivating outstanding innovative talents is an important approach to achieving the strategy of science and education promoting the nation,talent-strong nation,and innovation-driven development.It is also an inevitable choice for advancing the construction of a characteristically Chinese advanced higher education powerhouse.Analyzing the unique measures for cultivating outstanding innovative talents in the first batch of 12 Future Technology Colleges,this paper discusses the exploration and practice of Northwestern Polytechnical University(NPU),a university with industry-specific characteristics,in the areas of ideological and political education,interdisciplinary studies,integration of science and education,integration of production and education,comprehensive training,and international competence.The study provides reference for the path of cultivating outstanding innovative talents in the future science and technology field in China.
